About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is a key contributor within the customer service team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of vehicles and services. Requirements

• Previous service writer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven automotive industry knowledge and familiarity with all products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers.
• Process service requests and billing documents.
• Assist customers in understanding the range of services available.
• Investigate and solve customer complaints.
• Document customer details and updates when necessary.
• Handle all payment transactions.
