About The Position

Great Lakes Honda of Fishers is seeking an experienced, motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. The role centers on delivering outstanding service, building customer loyalty, and producing results. The Service Advisor guides customers through vehicle servicing, recommends maintenance and repairs, coordinates with technicians, and keeps customers informed throughout the repair process.

Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and dealership service operations.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a busy service drive.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Confidence in recommending services and achieving sales goals.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
