Requirements

- Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.

- Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and trends.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding vehicle services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
