Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with Ford vehicles
• Specific experience with Ford Pro commercial vehicles is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs for Ford Pro commercial vehicles
• Provide detailed explanations of repair and maintenance services
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Prepare and review service estimates and invoices
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
• Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up
