About The Position

Macleod Trail Toyota is an extremely busy dealership with a high volume of service appointments, averaging approximately 130 per day across over 25 service bays. This creates consistent customer traffic and significant earning potential for Service Advisors who excel at customer management, clear communication, and efficient repair order processing. The ideal candidate can handle pressure, stay organized in a hectic environment, and build genuine trust with customers. This role involves close collaboration with technicians, parts, warranty, and service leadership to ensure customers are informed, technicians are productive, and the day runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle pressure and stay organized in a hectic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and technicians.
  • Ability to build trust with customers.
  • Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
