The Sales BDC team is the communication hub of the dealership, connected to sales, service, management, internet leads, incoming calls, appointments, follow-up, and customer experience. This is a fast-moving, high-impact role inside one of the busiest Toyota stores in the market, handling a high volume of new and used vehicle sales and service appointments. It provides a foundation in understanding dealership operations, customer communication, lead and appointment management, sales processes, and relationship building. This role offers exposure to the entire operation and creates long-term growth opportunities within the automotive industry.
