About The Position
Heritage Honda Parkville is seeking an experienced and energetic Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join its busy automotive Service Department. The Service Advisor/Service Writer will greet customers and consult with them on their vehicle service needs. MileOne Autogroup, which includes Heritage Honda Parkville, is a large automotive sales and service network operating 73 franchises with 25 automotive brands and 56 service centers across multiple states. Requirements
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills

- Prior experience in automotive service writing
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints
