About The Position

Requirements

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus
Communication and organizational skills
Team-player mindset
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Open availability, including Saturdays
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs.
Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs.
Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections.
Provide clear and accurate service estimates.
Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders.
Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers.
Handle cash and credit card payments.
Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through vehicle pickup.
Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.
