About The Position
Ottawa Honda is hiring a Service Advisor. The role involves preparing service estimates and quotes, scheduling appointments, explaining service costs and timelines, and keeping customers informed about completed work and any cost adjustments. The position requires strong customer service and follow-up, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Hours are flexible on weekdays, with Saturdays included. Pay is described as a generous salary plus commission.
