About The Position

This is a general application for Service Advisor openings across Swickard's Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley area dealerships. Qualified candidates will be contacted as opportunities arise. Requirements

  • Demonstrates a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) -- kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership preferred -- luxury, import, or domestic brand experience all welcome
  • Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance and repeat guest relationships
  • Clear, composed communicator -- able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to the guest experience
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
  • Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
  • Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
  • Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
  • Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
  • Deliver a consistent guest experience that reflects the standard of the brand and the store
