About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time MAT Re-Entry Coordinator to join its Missouri Regional Office team. This is a remote position, and the employee must be a resident of Missouri. The coordinator works with a multidisciplinary team to provide and complete release planning for patients in a correctional setting. Planning is based on determining whether patients will need behavioral or mental health services, medical services, and community resources after release from the correctional environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Maintain current tuberculosis documentation.
- Maintain active CPR certification.
- Pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
- Must be a resident of Missouri.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Registered nurse or social work experience highly desired.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in release planning preferred.
- Prior experience working in correctional healthcare, criminal justice, or forensics preferred.
