About The Position

Fremont Motors is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department, connecting them with our service team.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, automotive service, or sales preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair orders
  • Communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and pricing clearly to customers
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions
