Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Ford of Bozeman. This role involves being the primary contact for customers in the service department, aiming to build lifelong customer relationships. Requirements

2 years of service writing experience is preferred.
Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance is preferred.
A valid driver’s license.
A good driving record.
High level customer service experience.
Ability to demonstrate time management.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying that work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
Scheduling service appointments.
