About The Position

As a Service Advisor, you’re more than a middle person between the customer and the shop, you’re the first point of contact and a trusted guide. You help customers understand their needs, keep them informed, and build the kind of loyalty that keeps them coming back.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A calm, professional approach. Especially when things get busy
  • Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
  • Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
  • Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly
  • Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability
