The Express Advisor / Service Advisor 2 position exclusively serves the Lube Express Service Customer (maintenance checklist, oil change, possible tire rotation; larger, actual repair needs are referred to Service Advisor 1). The Service Advisor 2 aggressively pursues and achieves high Customer Satisfaction Index ratings beginning with courteous and helpful initial customer contact (whether by phone, in person, or otherwise) and continuing through the entire service visit to include timely scheduling, intake, job completion, and pristine return of the vehicle to the customer to ensure total confidence and satisfaction. May arrange for loaner or rental in the event of uncontrollable delays or as may be needed according to manufacturer protocol. If so, you must also assure satisfactory experience as well as monitor return of the loaned vehicle within timely manner. IN ALL CASES: Ensures payment/closure of Repair Orders promptly/immediately on completed work and not later than 24 hours from repair completion unless clearly and indisputably authorized otherwise by management.
