Sunset Kia of Sarasota is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. Requirements
- Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Energetic, dependable, and career-minded attitude
- Computer and tablet proficiency required
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Solid automotive knowledge preferred
- Experience with X-Time Inspect and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is a plus
Responsibilities
- Actively listening to customers to understand their vehicle concerns
- Creating clear and accurate repair orders for technicians
- Communicating technician findings and recommended repairs to customers
- Educating customers on maintenance needs and helping them make informed decisions
- Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
- Maintaining professional, respectful interactions with customers, technicians, and vendors at all times
