About The Position
Porsche Omaha is beginning an exciting new chapter under Hanania Automotive Group ownership, and we are expanding our service department team. We are seeking experienced, polished Service Advisors who can deliver a premium guest experience while representing one of the most respected luxury automotive brands in the world. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer service, communication, and automotive expertise—ensuring every Porsche owner receives a seamless, transparent, and elevated service experience. As part of Porsche Omaha, you’ll join a dealership that is being strengthened with new investment, refined processes, and the full support of the Hanania Automotive Group.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with dealership CDK is a plus
- A valid driver's license
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist Porsche service customers with professionalism and urgency
- Clearly communicate vehicle concerns between customers and technicians
- Present repair recommendations in a transparent and customer-friendly manner
- Provide timely updates throughout the repair process
- Ensure accuracy in repair orders, pricing, and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
