Porsche Cary has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their team! Our Service Advisor is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves greeting customers, determining the course of action for vehicle service, obtaining customer authorization, writing up service needs, and providing accurate estimates for cost and completion time. The Service Advisor must effectively communicate with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and to promote the sale of necessary repair or maintenance services. A strong understanding of warranty and service/insurance policies is essential, as is keeping the customer informed about the prognosis of their vehicle. Responsibilities also include calling customers to set appointments and answering telephones in a timely manner, as well as attending and completing required training and department meetings.
