About The Position

Bowser Automotive is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the connection between our customers and service technicians. In this role, you'll help ensure every customer receives a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership or independent repair facility preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
General knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify additional maintenance or repair needs when appropriate.
Prepare repair estimates and communicate expected completion times.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide updates as needed.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
Verify payment methods and administer applicable warranties.
Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify customer concerns or completed repairs.
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure a positive delivery experience.
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction (CSI) by providing outstanding service.
Follow all Bowser Automotive safety policies and procedures.
