About The Position
Team Toyota is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Group, a family-owned company with 23 locations across five states. They are looking for a Service Advisor to join their team and help deliver exceptional service. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, responsible for identifying, recommending, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services. A successful candidate will drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure a top-notch experience.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive knowledge and experience preferred.
- DealerTrack experience preferred.
- Xtime experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recommend, and document service, maintenance, and repair service for customers.
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and the service department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their experience is top-notch.
