Audi Sarasota, part of the locally owned and family-operated Sunset Automotive Group, is looking for a professional, experienced Service Advisor/Consultant to join our high-volume, high-performing service team. Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience (luxury brand experience preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers and tablets; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- A customer-first attitude and a team-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Greeting and advising customers with professionalism and care
- Explaining recommended services and gaining repair approvals
- Coordinating with our skilled service team to ensure timely updates
- Managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining strong communication and follow-through
