Requirements
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Automotive or luxury retail experience a plus
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or accounting systems is advantageous, though training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone
- Accurately process payments for vehicle sales and service transactions with the utmost attention to detail
- Maintain balanced cash handling and ensure financial accuracy at all times
- Enter transaction data into accounting systems with care and precision
- Support a refined front-office environment through organization and administrative assistance
- Contribute to a calm, efficient, and client-focused atmosphere
