Service Advisor – Retail or Reconditioning Maverick Car Company – Boise, ID At Maverick Car Company, we believe exceptional vehicles and exceptional customer experiences both start with exceptional people. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. Depending on your experience and strengths, this opportunity may be focused on either our Retail Service Department or our Reconditioning Department. Whether you're passionate about building relationships with customers or thrive behind the scenes coordinating vehicle repairs and workflow, we'd love to talk with you.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of repair orders, inspections, and repair processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability
  • Team-first mindset and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing repair orders
  • Communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments
  • Translating vehicle inspections into clear repair plans
  • Coordinating repairs, approvals, and workflow
  • Tracking vehicle progress and ensuring timely completion
  • Creating exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication
  • Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks
  • Supporting department organization, efficiency, and operational excellence
