About The Position

Wyatt Johnson Kia, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the vehicle repair process.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Automotive service advising or sales experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
• Recommending maintenance and repair services
• Communicating repair updates throughout the service process
• Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
