About The Position

Hypertec is seeking a dynamic Service Administrator to join their Public Sector Sales team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is crucial in supporting scalable service delivery by administering and optimizing CRM and operational systems. The Service Administrator will support cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–4 years of experience in systems administration, CRM management, business operations support, or service delivery operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, automation tools, and familiarity with integrations, APIs, or third-party connectors.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, data relationships, and system configuration best practices, with the ability to translate operational processes into scalable workflows and automations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical teams, and effectively partner with Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, IT, and Operations.
  • Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support system adoption and operational consistency.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize CRM and operational systems by configuring boards, dashboards, workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations to support scalable service delivery.
  • Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Customer Success) by fulfilling system requests, providing technical support, and enabling efficient pipeline, onboarding, service, and ticketing processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting, and insights by maintaining data quality, developing reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting workflow, automation, and integration issues.
  • Document, train, and improve processes by creating system documentation and training materials, collaborating with IT and Operations on security and best practices, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
