Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working directly with customers
• Knowledge of equipment

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming and outgoing service department work
• Preparing repair estimates
• Providing excellent service to customers in person and on the phone
• Assisting with dispatching technicians
