Requirements

  • Strong organization: Ability to manage details, documentation, and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset: A focus on supporting others and delivering a positive experience for internal and external customers.
  • Clear communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and conversation.
  • Tech‑savvy: Confidence using computers and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

  • Service process knowledge: Familiarity with service workflows, procedures, and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support work orders: Ensure service work orders are accurate, properly charged, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Handle warranty claims: Process warranty and product improvement claims, including submission, follow‑up, and related documentation.
  • Maintain records and reporting: Keep service files, reports, customer profiles, and equipment records organized and up to date.
  • Be a service department partner: Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to support a smooth service operation.
