About The Position

Eberhard, A Tecta America Company, LLC is a roofing and sheet metal contractor and fabricator that operates out of Van Nuys, California. Established in 1945, Eberhard has built a solid reputation in the Southwestern United States as a high quality and dependable team offering superior workmanship, quick response times, and collaborative crews. Projects range in size for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Eberhard is seeking a proactive teammate to support the Service Department’s daily operations and long-term growth. This role provides essential administrative support, manages the flow of information across the departments, and helps cultivate new business opportunities. This position will be onsite out of our Van Nuys office.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries, validate service request details, and manage communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate service projects from initial administrative setup through final billing, ensuring all details are organized and processed smoothly through the Accounting Department
  • Provide professional, proactive customer service to help clients get access to information and solutions they need
  • Work closely with all company departments to ensure standard practices are followed and operational consistency is maintained
  • Maintain an accurate database of all service-related files and logs for document control
  • Identify opportunities for new business and departmental growth by proactively monitoring client needs
  • Build and maintain organized, up-to-date client and opportunity database
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and in a professional manner
  • Sources new leads and opportunities by initiating contact with prospective clients to cultivate and expand customer base
