Requirements

No prior automotive experience required; training will be provided.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional, polished, and composed demeanor.
Clear, confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and in person.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, hospitality, front-desk, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests on the service drive with a warm, professional presence.
Valet and move vehicles on and off the service drive, safely staging them.
Answer incoming service department phone calls, directing guests and providing updates.
Schedule service appointments, accurately capturing guest needs, availability, and vehicle information.
Provide guests with status updates on their vehicle.
Shuttle guests to and from their home, office, or other destinations.
Support portering needs by moving vehicles across the lot and between service bays.
Assist service advisors with general drive coverage and guest coordination.
