About The Position

As a Billing Service Specialist, you will be responsible for representing Quest Diagnostics to our clients in a professional manner. Territory will cover mainly Northeastern Ohio and Southwestern PA (mainly Pittsburgh and Monroeville). This role will streamline, improve and enhance the billing experience for physicians, office staff and patients through education while reducing revenue loss, denials and bad debt for Quest. The Billing Service Specialist will be required to work in the field (outside an office) at least 70% of the time and primarily in the state of Pennsylvania, visiting 6-8 clients in a day with one day per week for office work. Some overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

Minimum of $58,000+ per year
Relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
May require certifications.

Responsibilities

Representing Quest Diagnostics to clients professionally.
Streamlining, improving, and enhancing the billing experience for physicians, office staff, and patients through education.
Reducing revenue loss, denials, and bad debt for Quest.
Working in the field at least 70% of the time, primarily in Pennsylvania.
Visiting 6-8 clients per day.
Performing office work one day per week.
Traveling overnight as required.
