The Service Account Manager’s purpose is to acquire new preventive maintenance contract opportunities for HVAC systems in the Richmond, Virginia area. The role develops commercial customer relationships and sells maintenance agreements and related HVAC services and solutions. The stated salary range is $60,000 to $80,000.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or five years of HVAC industry experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Career minded.
Successfully pass a drug test and background check as a condition of an offer.
Ability to stand, balance, climb stairs and ladders, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Identify new prospects, expand share within existing commercial accounts, and sell service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital/controls solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to facility managers and business owners, aligning HVAC performance with energy efficiency, uptime, and capital planning goals.
Prepare cost estimates, price quotations, and formal contracts.
Coordinate with internal service and project teams to support smooth job execution, maintenance delivery, and customer satisfaction.
