About The Position

The Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an Account Manager for their Service Division, Commercial Glazing. This key position will act as an Account Manager for new and existing clients, focusing on Glass Repairs and Maintenance for Commercial Buildings. The role involves networking and building relationships with Building Owners, Property Managers, and Business owners through various events and direct outreach. Requirements

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
Prior Commercial SALES experience required - preferably with Property Mgrs, Bldg/Bus. Owners
Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role, including Bluebeam/AutoCAD, Project, etc.
Clear understanding of contract documents

Responsibilities

Help grow and build our Glazing Service business through association and networking events, dinners, sporting events, which may require evenings and weekends
Work with National team to build local presence and assist in local relationships with national clients
Regular follow-up on quotes
Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
Work with Local and National team to promote Flynnâ€™s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
