About The Position

Performance Contracting is seeking a Glazing Foreman for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. This individual will be responsible for the overall safety, performance, productivity, and work quality of assigned projects. The role involves collaborating with superintendents and project managers, coordinating project startup, execution, and closeout. The Foreman will use look-ahead schedules and manpower forecasts to optimize scheduling of materials, manpower, and crew mix. They will direct and assign crew field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance, and workplace safety. Building positive relationships with trades, vendors, co-workers, and customers is essential for effectiveness and efficiency. The Foreman will act as the onsite representative of the branch and corporation, conveying a professional and positive attitude, and utilizing available technology for efficient job tasks. A constant state of alertness and safe work practices are required. This position is safety-sensitive and offers on-the-job training.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
  • Must have a track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
  • Must have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Managed a crew size of 15+ craftsmen
  • Understanding of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems
  • Proficient in quality control
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time

  • Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
  • Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
