Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment
Good communication skills in French
An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively.
Excellent stress resistance and the ability to manage it positively and effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills, as this position involves constant guest interaction.
A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, attentive service in line with Four Seasons standards, anticipating guest needs.
Handle setup and service (opening, closing, table setting, serving water, bread, dishes, beverages, coffee/tea).
Present menus, explain dishes, and advise guests based on the Chef’s suggestions and the wine list.
Use hotel systems (Micros) for order taking, billing, and processing payments.
Collaborate with the team (sommelier, busser, supervisor) to ensure smooth and efficient service, including during busy periods or for banquets.
Follow safety procedures, handle equipment with care, and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.
