Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment
  • Good communication skills in French
  • An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively.
  • Excellent stress resistance and the ability to manage it positively and effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, as this position involves constant guest interaction.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, attentive service in line with Four Seasons standards, anticipating guest needs.
  • Handle setup and service (opening, closing, table setting, serving water, bread, dishes, beverages, coffee/tea).
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and advise guests based on the Chef’s suggestions and the wine list.
  • Use hotel systems (Micros) for order taking, billing, and processing payments.
  • Collaborate with the team (sommelier, busser, supervisor) to ensure smooth and efficient service, including during busy periods or for banquets.
  • Follow safety procedures, handle equipment with care, and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.
