Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
  • An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests and respond effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stress positively and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable standing, walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 13 kg.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure setup, clearing, and proper storage of linen, tableware, glassware, food, and beverages.
  • Provide attentive and refined service in line with Four Seasons standards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and prepare condiments and garnishes.
  • Anticipate guest needs and assist with table service (delivering dishes, refilling items, etc.).
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to operational needs (rearranging tables, supporting colleagues).
  • Follow internal procedures, report incidents, and carry out any tasks assigned by management.
