A local gem—D’Cocco’s pizza opened in 1988! Newly renovated, D’Cocco’s Italian Restaurant is an Old World Pizzeria Italian restaurant that is well-known for its good food and generous portions. Serving Authentic Italian food, some of their exceptional dinner specials include Osso Buco, Veal Saltimbocca, Salmon, Homemade Soups, and Specialty Raviolis – just to name a few.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and manage cash register operations.
