About The Position

The Copperfield Inn at Lakeside in Limerick, PA is hiring experienced, dependable servers and bartenders to join our front-of-house team. We are a full-service restaurant and banquet facility serving lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, private parties, weddings, celebrations of life, and special events. Our bartenders serve guests in the main bar and lounge while also supporting weddings, celebrations, private parties, Sunday brunch, and other special events. Sunday and holiday availability is mandatory for both positions.

Requirements

Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred
Previous full-service bartending experience required
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and guest-service skills
Ability to handle multiple tables in a busy environment
Professional appearance and conduct
Availability for a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Mandatory availability on Sundays and holidays
Strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge
Ability to stay organized and composed during busy shifts
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Comfortable working independently when necessary
Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and private events

Nice To Haves

Banquet or private-event experience is a plus
RAMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
Accurately take orders and enter them into Toast
Learn our food, beverage, brunch, and specials menus
Properly enter guest counts, modifications, and beverage refills
Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and support staff
Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
Assist teammates during busy shifts
Follow all food-safety and alcohol-service procedures
Help create a welcoming experience for every guest
Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently
Provide friendly, attentive service to bar and dining guests
Learn our cocktail, wine, beer, brunch, and event packages
Accurately enter orders, guest counts, refills, and payments into Toast
Properly handle cash and complete accurate checkout procedures
Stock, clean, and organize the bar before, during, and after service
Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management
Follow responsible alcohol-service and ID-verification procedures
Communicate effectively with servers, managers, kitchen staff, and banquet teams
Assist with banquet bars and special events as scheduled
