About The Position
Red Robin servers are responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner, and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. This role is part of the Front of House service team, requiring great customer service skills. Servers earn a base pay plus variable tips, with hourly pay not falling below the applicable minimum wage. Red Robin is a high-volume, full-service restaurant concept known for its laid-back atmosphere, quirky vibe, and burgers beyond yumagination. The company's mission is to make it fresh, fun, and memorable, ensuring guests leave with a smile. There are excellent opportunities for growth within the company, as many managers started as hourly team members.
