Requirements

• Reliable and able to work early morning shifts
• Strong communicators with a guest first mindset

• Detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently

• Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification if required by role or location
• Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly breakfast and brunch service
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu selections
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
• Perform well during high volume morning shifts including weekends and holidays
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Carry trays, food, and beverages safely and efficiently
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting
• Work quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment
• Handle spills, glassware, and cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain stamina and focus during busy morning service
