About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Vitalia N Royalton. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $15 per hour and involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing for meal service, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to communicate effectively with residents, and physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals.
