About The Position

Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, and applicants must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
