About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; and work with management to address maintenance needs. The role involves safely handling, storing, and disposing of cleaning chemicals, monitoring supplies, and following company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety laws. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow applicable guidelines for their use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
