About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a positive Chili's dining experience. They learn the menu and explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
