About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in keeping with Chili’s standards. The role includes learning the menu, explaining offerings, completing opening and closing duties, and working with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
