About The Position

Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Candidates should enjoy providing great service, make Guests feel special, and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
