About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join their team at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This part-time position offers a pay range of $15 - $23 per hour and a shift schedule of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The role involves greeting residents, preparing tables and meals, bussing tables, sweeping floors, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables.
Sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
