About The Position

Join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our residents through exceptional hospitality and service. We are looking for a Server to greet residents and guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and maintain dining room cleanliness. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving, hospitality, restaurant service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.
• Assist with dining room setup, table settings, and side work assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Refill beverages, clear tables, and assist residents as needed.
• Follow food safety and infection control guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
• Provide exceptional hospitality while promoting resident satisfaction.
