The Server is responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service at all times, and for maintaining a clean, professional, and top-quality restaurant. This role involves attending to guest needs during meal periods, setting up the restaurant area, and adhering to service standards and liquor liability laws. The Server must be knowledgeable about the menu, able to resolve guest issues, and maintain positive relationships with other staff members. They will also be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant shift, using the POS system for checks, and following inventory procedures.
