Requirements

A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to make every guest feel like the most important person in the room.
Strong menu knowledge and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations on food and drinks.
The ability to stay organized, composed, and attentive when managing a full section.
Clear, warm communication with both guests and teammates throughout every shift.
Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain before your first shift).
Must meet Massachusetts' minimum age requirement (18+) to serve alcohol.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Guide guests through the menu with confidence and genuine enthusiasm for the food and beverage program.
Deliver attentive, personalized service from the moment the guests are seated to the moment they leave.
Take orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and manage the pace of the meal.
Handle payments, split checks, and table needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Work closely with bussers, food runners, and the bar team to make every table a great experience.
