Requirements

A natural sense of urgency – you notice what needs to be done and you do it without being asked
A warm-guest-friendly presence and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome
The ability to stay calm, focused, and moving during a packed dining room
Strong teamwork instincts – you're the kind of person servers love having on their side
Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly for extended periods during service
Comfort lifting and carrying bus tubs, trays, and place settings (up to 25–35 lbs)
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

No prior restaurant experience required – just the right energy.
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently so guests and servers never miss a beat
Keep the dining room looking sharp – clean surfaces, properly set tables, and stocked service stations
Assist servers and other front-of-house team members with delivering a seamless guest experience
